Die landwirtschaftliche Gesellschaft LEVII SRL betrachtet die Einhaltung ethischer Grunds\u00e4tze als wesentlich und hat sich daher ein Organisations-, Management- und Kontrollmodell gem\u00e4\u00df dem GvD Nr. 231\/2001 sowie einen Ethikkodex gegeben. Der Ethikkodex ist eine Sammlung von Prinzipien, Regeln, Werten und allgemeinen Vorschriften, die f\u00fcr unser Unternehmen gelten und von allen Adressaten des Kodex \u2013 Mitarbeitern, Kunden und Lieferanten \u2013 eingehalten werden m\u00fcssen:ETHIKKODEX<\/a><\/p>\n

In diesem Zusammenhang und in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den Bestimmungen des GvD Nr. 24\/2023, mit dem die EU-Richtlinie 2019\/1937 \u00fcber \u201eWhistleblowing\u201c umgesetzt wurde, haben wir geeignete interne Meldekan\u00e4le eingerichtet \u2013 insbesondere \u00fcber eine Plattform \u2013 um den Schutz und die Vertraulichkeit sowohl der Hinweisgeber als auch der betroffenen Personen sowie den Inhalt der Meldungen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Ein pers\u00f6nliches Gespr\u00e4ch kann dabei weiterhin vereinbart werden. Die genannten Meldekan\u00e4le erm\u00f6glichen es den betroffenen Personen, der Gesellschaft \u2013 auch anonym \u2013 Meldungen \u00fcber Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen nationale oder EU-Rechtsvorschriften zu \u00fcbermitteln, die das \u00f6ffentliche Interesse oder die Integrit\u00e4t der Gesellschaft beeintr\u00e4chtigen, sowie rechtswidriges Verhalten im Sinne des GvD Nr. 231\/2001 oder Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen das Organisations-, Management- und Kontrollmodell, von denen sie im Rahmen ihres beruflichen Umfelds Kenntnis erlangt haben.<\/p>\n
