In particular, we use a dedicated platform to ensure the protection and confidentiality of both the whistleblower and the individuals involved, as well as the content of the reports. A direct meeting can also be arranged if needed. These reporting channels allow relevant individuals to report to the Company\u2014also anonymously\u2014any violations of national or EU regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company, as well as unlawful conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001 or violations of the Organizational, Management and Control Model, which they become aware of in the context of their work. <\/p>\n
