Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001 and Code of Ethics of the Agricultural Company LEVII SRL<\/h1>\n

The agricultural company LEVII SRL, recognizing the fundamental importance of ethical principles, has adopted an Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001, along with a Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics is a set of principles, rules, values, and general provisions applicable to our company, which must be observed by all recipients of the Code\u2014employees, clients, and suppliers: CODE OF ETICHS<\/a><\/p>\n

Whistleblowing Channel<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

In this context, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24\/2023, which implements EU Directive 2019\/1937 on \u201cWhistleblowing,\u201d we have activated appropriate internal reporting channels. In particular, we use a dedicated platform to ensure the protection and confidentiality of both the whistleblower and the individuals involved, as well as the content of the reports. A direct meeting can also be arranged if needed. These reporting channels allow relevant individuals to report to the Company\u2014also anonymously\u2014any violations of national or EU regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company, as well as unlawful conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001 or violations of the Organizational, Management and Control Model, which they become aware of in the context of their work.<\/p>\n
