IDENTITY

Origin

LEVII takes its name from a local dialect expression meaning “Le Viti”—“The Vines”. Cesare e Riccardo with diverse skills, united by an ambitious project focused on environmental and territorial restoration in the areas of Stenico and Bleggio, in the Giudicarie valleys. Their goal: to revive a land historically devoted to viticulture, yet left in a state of semi-abandonment following the waves of post-war migration.

The value of this land and its deep-rooted history was already celebrated in 1887 by Don Lorenzo Guetti, founder of the Trentino cooperative movement, who wrote:
“In Dorsino and San Lorenzo, you can admire the finest vineyards cultivated according to the latest standards.”

Today, LEVII is a modern, rationally designed vineyard, nestled along the steep slopes above the Sarca river. Its grapes are sun-kissed, warmed by the Ora del Garda breeze during the day, and cooled at night by winds descending from the Brenta Dolomites. This unique microclimate provides ideal conditions for producing high-quality grapes—grapes that are at the heart of LEVII’s Trentodoc, a sparkling wine of true excellence.

Cantine LEVII was established in 2012, and since then, the outstanding quality of its Trentodoc sparkling wines has reached wine lovers around the world. It tells the story of a land rich in environmental, social, and economic value. A land that made a dream come true. A dream now shared with those who love life and know how to celebrate the moments that make it truly special.
